Journal Entry

I went to Life Skills and worked on DBT exercises. Practiced changing my thinking. I did homework for my therapy. Practicing the ABC steps when events happen. That is my most reliable tool for my mental health. I then talked to Kim for an hour before college. I went to both classes. Even though I volunteered to go first in Communications and I’m done with that class I’m still showing up to support my fellow class mates.
