Journal Entry

Prayed and meditated. Ran laps. Did yoga and qi gong. Worked on homework. Facilitated my PEP group it went well. I’ve been stuck worrying about the future and catastrophizing. I need to practice more mindfulness. And do body scans to stay grounded.
