I did my last course for victims awareness. We’re putting together a victims awareness presentation to get through to people why circumventing restitution creates more victims. I then worked out for a hour. Went to therapy but my therapist wasn’t there. I went to our facilitator meeting. Trains and I are leading Fridays group. The focus is substance abuse. Something in which I’m very knowledgeable in. I then showered and went to my arc groups for youth offender and CGA. An I did a edovo class on spirituality.
Character Defects: defensive, fearful, jealous
AntiCD: acceptance- serenity prayer. 3-surrender&9-responsibility, 4-courage. Not the absence of fear but Right Action in spite of, 8-love. For myself and for others. Security
