Today’s my busy day. I prayed and meditated. I went to my Life Skills course, ran 6 miles and meditated. Then I went to one-on-one trauma therapy. Then I went to my Facilitators meeting. And I just got into a Youth Offender Group that starts next Monday. I also start college tomorrow. Tue-wed-thurs from 3:30 t0 8:05. That’s going to be a lot but it’s good to stay busy. I showered & talked to Kim for a while.
She’s also sending me material that she had from when she was a drug & alcohol counselor, so that I have things we can teach on my Friday group.
