I’m enjoying my weekend before I start school again for the summer. It’s going to be hectic again. I worked out alot the last 2 days. Been doing Edovo course on Eastern Spirituality that I really like. I’ve been working on my character defects and spiritual principles.
Character Defects: pride, self-esteem, impulsivity
AntiCD: 7-humility, 8-love myself and others, 2-hope for the future requires me to think about consequences/9- responsibility to myself and others for my actions.
