I worked on step 11 in my workbook today. It was easy because I just wrote down my daily practices. Yoga, qi gong, mindfulness, the Our Father, the Serenity Prayer, my prayer. I also use running as a form of meditation. I think the 11th principle is important because awareness is the beginning of change. If I’m not aware of why I behave the way I do or when I’m having emotions then I can’t change my thinking, regulate my emotions or control my behavior. I use awareness to combat negative behaviors and close mindedness.
