I’m practicing the 12th principle being of service. Kim’s friend has a daughter who’s 23 and dealing with a heroin addiction. If is a difficult thing to deal with because no matter how smart you are you can’t understand an addicts brain if you’ve never been one. I don’t care how much you’ve read. Understanding is so much different. I helps me to keep my own sobriety when I help others. If reminds me how difficult it is when your in active addiction and when the cycle of obsession compulsion and progression win out.
