After over 30 years of living, I am now coming to terms with the vitally of short-term goals. I am one whom always thinks about the future, but long term. Short-term goals have never interested me for some reason, but are key to my success. As I get up every morning at 5:30 am now, I count it a slow start to being successful at working out daily. Playing the piano, completing school work is never an issue, however, working out has been. The week is almost to an end and I have been successful at getting up on time to head to the gym to work out. To me, that is a major milestone. My short-term goal is by the end of the quarter I will lose 15 lbs of unnecessary fat and be on track with a consistent disciplined structured daily routine.
