Yesterday, August 10, I got a 330 shot for being unsanitary. The shot was for two magazines that someone left in my bunk and I didn’t know so at inspection time the officer on duty served me a shot I’ve been incarcerated for almost 6 years this November and this is my first incident report, mind you this officer does not like me and for two years his been trying to get me on something this was his best thing the shot says 330 for unsanitary or untidy for 2 magazines being on my bed I’m so mad at my self because I knew that in this new quarter that he was gonna be back he was on me and I guess I slipped but I go to work by 6:20 and the time he did inspection ready was 9:20 I’m at work by that time the magazines were not mine they had someone elses name on them so I don’t know who put them their but at the end of the day the staff is gonna stick to what he says I just believe some staff abuses of the power they have and this was retaliation because I don’t get along with his little girlfriend that’s also an inmate, so I got 10 days no video visit and I had a video scheduled for the 14 that my kids start school this made me so upset, and I’m thankful that I didn’t get my job taken away since I’ve been there for 2 years at the safety department and I didn’t get my apprenticeship taken away buses here for any shot you get your job and apprenticeship taken away I’m doing office management apprenticeship and I’m hopping to start my real estate course soon what makes me so mad is that I’m gonna have a shot in recored for something so petty all for retaliation but I know better things are coming I’m grateful and strong…. I couldn’t fight the shot because the staff said I would not win it they were gonna go for what the officer said…it’s very unfair…
