Why have I not entered more journal writings? It is all because of cost, I cannot afford to. I still write everyday, but that cost me nothing. I still talk to my family everyday so I stay in touch, and that cost me nothing. Prison jobs do not pay, but I survive on what I get paid. I’ve learned frugality in my way of living and I do just fine. In time I will enter more, but for now, the journal entries are on hold.
I still grow and change each day, for this is my goal every morning when I wake. For I compare against no one else today, but against only who I was yesterday.
