Brave Program Community Agreements
Punctuality- I agree to show respect for other members of the community by arriving to group on time and returning from break in a timely fashion
Confidentiality- I agree to keep confidential, whatever comes up in the community meetings or in groups. This is our community (Code of Trust).
Practice- What we learn in the community is strengthened and becomes habit, when we practice it with others.
Feedback- We all have blind spots, and without honest feedback, we will never know what is hiding in our blind spots. I agree to give honest and constructive feedback.
I Statements- I agree to speak from a standpoint of my own experiences. I will not presume to speak for others, I will not overwhelm my community with my opinions.
No Blaming- I am not here to gripe or complain about how I’ve been wronged negatively, blaming is a part of a negative mental attitude.
No Put-Downs – I will not put-down, make fun of or trash talk any other member of the community. I agree to treat them with respect and help them feel safe and welcomed in this community.
