Treatment Bench for Phase 1 (Orientation)
*Set a positive example for other community members
*Give appropriate feedback to other residents
*Share personal issues in process groups
*Regularly hold peers accountable -ups
*Personal growth is evident in adaptability in service committee changes and increased leadership role in community activities
*Participate and collaborate in the development in personalized treatment plan
*Be able to describe (Community as Method)
*Be able to describe the steps of (active listening) and (giving and receiving constructive feedback)
*Be able to identify ways to make the MOST of participant’s incarceration
*Can explain how rule-breaking negatively affects incarceration
*Know how to apply the 8 positive attitudes for change and complete attitude checks (Min. 4 per week)
*Describe & apply, 3 road blocks to positive attitudes and how increase the use of the positive attitude
*Identify how the Brave Community can help make positive changes in participants life
*Have knowledge of (S-M-A-R-T goals)
*Present readiness statement to the Brave Community for feedback
