How do your adjustment decisions relate to your prospects for success upon release?
I have been thinking about this for many years as my thoughts change on how employers and the public will perceive me. Since I came to prison I have tried to take as many classes as I thought will help me once I am released and to study various subjects on my own. I have limited resources here and that has hindered me on what I can do and wanted to accomplish. Looking back I have gained information on keeping up with technology from watching tv, listening to the radio regarding financial programs and technology. Also I ask the new guys coming in all what’s new and questions I might have with smart phones and all that is new out there. I think with all I have been able to do it has helped me to keep up and to take that step for a successful release.
