Question- What are the characteristics of a leader who is inspiring your adjustment?
I did not have a specific leader whom I followed other than God and my dad but as Ive read your book Success After Prison and have been doing this course one of my new leaders is Michael Santos. I have really been studying his book and getting motivation from this course. I see what he has done not letting his prison time slow him down and that is good as I can relate to that. I have lost trust in people because I feel they will not want to work with us as convicted felons but Michael can relate to us and is giving us that trust back that we might have lost.
