Hi, I’m Marcus Randall. I have a strong sense of character. I believe in the acronym F.O.C.U.S. I understand the significance of a Brand. I understand the importance and power of developing strong relationships. I believe paying attention to detail is critical to success.
I’m always working on improving my character even when in unfavorable situations such as being incarcerated. Mind body and soul are important and I devote some time to all three by continually educating myself, working out on a regular basis, and looking at myself and my actions to make sure I’m only doing things with good intentions in mind. Only 10% of the brain is actually used, your health is your wealth, and you reap what you sow are some of the things I keep on my mind to motivate myself as I continue on my journey.
Focus to me is Follow On Course Until Successful. Once you make failure not an option then you can use all previous experiences as lessons or experiments such as Thomas Edison considered his work making the light bulb. He did not fail a thousand times, he found a thousand ways it would not work until he perfected his craft. Persistence is a practiced quality shown by action.
Understanding what a Brand is and stands for is very important. “A brand for a company is like a person’s reputation. You earn a good reputation by trying to do hard things well.”-Jeff Bezos If a company doesn’t have a brand or a reputation they are just another faceless product or service. If you establish yourself in someone’s memory from whatever you provide service/product then fame and recognition comes from word of mouth naturally.
Building strong relationships with people are cornerstones to cohesive successful projects and repeat business. Once you learn that you can’t do good deals with bad partners than you try not to be a bad partner yourself. When you put together a team with good leadership and strong mission anything can be accomplished.
The little things leave the most lasting impression on people and make the average entrepreneur successful. Doing the things that others don’t to the fullest potential is the definition of greatness and can attract nothing but that. If it’s fresh produce, service with a smile, a firm handshake, extra attention to detail, or something that is usually over looked by most that you offer and train employees to do the same, then you can keep a competitive edge over all other entities. These are just a couple of reasons why I, Marcus Randall, personally would add value to any company or venture.
