Success is when you commit to a goal and never quit. success is pacing yourself. success is celebrating small and big accomplishments. success is remembering what you went through to get to where you want to be. I define my success.
My success is completing the summer semester with A’s now 21 college hours. Success is to keep studying Spanish even though progress may seem slow.
My goals are to get physically fit I ran 3 miles today, My goal is to work my arms and my stomach this week and to continue to reach my weight goal, my weight goal this week is 128
I track my weight twice a day at 10 am and 2 pm to make sure I am making progress towards my goals.
I also plan to finish the book I am reading the book. I AM THE MONKEY, a book on cultural diversity and values and beliefs.
