One of the things I’ve done to help [p prepare for the future is try to establish a routine that I will take with me to the world after my release. working in UNICOR, working out, lifting weights, reading, and adjusting my daily, weekly, monthly, yearly plans making sure I have a version A, B, and C incase anything should arise that I dont expect.
