My actions over the past week will help contribute to my positive path because I’ve started taking a 15 minute break twice a day separated from everyone and not thinking about prison, stress, or making my plan but allowing my mind to wander into areas like teaching my kids to hunt and fish, happy memories I have, or any thought that will help me decompress for the that time. I also signed up for the prison professors which I feel will help a lot.
