Hello,
Greetings from Waseca. I guess this is public? SO here we are.
I am sharing (with of my own money) the personal crisis here in Waseca. The NEWS has you fooled, but not about prisons closing. The reality of the inmates and the staff are about to hit home reading this. This issue was brought to the attention to the MN courts that was ruled in a buckshot claim yet to be brought back into court.
These issues are being denied being filed further than the first grievance due to the “repeat issue” yet NO SOLUTION; So here’s my addition to the “why we want you to be rich by Trump” ; Michael santos if you’re out there reading this the Regional director told me I need meds when he denied listening to all my grievances I spend ALOT of TIME AND MONEY to file to be rejected because there is never a soulution to the POBF.

“The pay for my work in the Bop-FBOp is 12 cents an hour. As a business owner by state law I’m required to pay employees at least minium wage, The money were paid is a fiat currency from’ under the modern monetary theory made from cotton, medals ect algorithims to oay for my worth. It’s a though someone has of my value for my work and time. THe Illinios state family courts expect me to show I can provide finicially for my kids. I’m vaulued at 12 cents in the BOP. If i did not do the work someone else would have to be hired in at a “liveable Wage” or at least minium wage, So why am I anot valued like other employss hired by the BOP? I find this unfair. I can’t make a living or meet the family state courts expectations in means of providing on 12 cents, to prove I’m a good stable mother. I need better pay. Slavery was abolished under the 13th amendement yet these are slave wages. If I can’t be paid properly To meet the illinois state family courts expectations they have for me as a mother The BOP should let me go home so I can fulfill thier expextations.

“I make 12 cents an hour. THis is not enough to pay FRP payments which results in FRP refusal . This is this 12 cents enough to pay restutiton resulting in FRP refusal which results in loss of FSA time. This is Unfair, an unfair predicament because I’m indigent and don’t make enough money”
“you are FTC complete” was the response – YET this issue is an ISSUE here for so many women who just loss and lose FSA everyday when they work 40 hours a week to keep FCI Waseca RUNNING!!! BTW I owe Mark Wykoff 200 for paying my fee’s thank you to ONE OF THE BEST LAWYERS IN THE WORLD!!

“I’m paid a fiat currency confirmed by the FCI Waseca staff MR wunderlich and Dr REyna. Thomas Jefferson was elected in teh United States congree in 1783, where he adcovated the adoption of the dollar and the decimal system. I want paid real money”

Grievance # 1489 8-27-24
On 8’2’24 My grievance 2792 From July 10th was responded to in reguards to my pay in the BOp and in reguards to the concerns as I compared the state wage laws to what the BOP deems acceptable in reference to the value of my being, to a fiat currency I’m paid. Mr Segal replied simply with stating program statement 5251.06 “inmate work and performance pay” In return stating “my job is not a “skilled position” telling me to “seek postions rewuiring an elevated level of skill”. Mu complaint as to the pay woyld be within any position on this compound as a fiat currency paying from a caplitalized “tier system: compares to teh old aristocratic court. We are not paid even remotely close to the rate of inflation. Therefore no matter the tier, our pay of this fiat currency is constantly diminished, so esstentially we, I am working for free. Although govered by seperate policies, thereby resulting in differences in pay structure, inmates and BOP employees are paid the same currency. As a reminder, slavery is abolished under the 13th Amendment.

“My complaint is that I’m deeply concerned about the abililty for the FBOP/Governments finicial stablity and ability to pay employees and inmates. Without paying inmates or employees them and their families are at a socioeconomic disadvantage which in return is a contributing facing to the crime rate rising in the United States. This problem has not been solved as it’s not going addressed. IN 2006 the U.s tade deficit was 423 Billion alone. From 1789 to 200 42 presidents have borrowed a total of 1.02 Trillion from foreign governments and finincial institutions to date the FBOP/Government frun’s off the dollar and “pays out” THe dollar that was was converted in 1971 when Nixon changed the dollar from an asset to a liability. Essentially an “IOU” when he stopped the backing of the dollar with hold. He did this because the U.S was/is buying too many good from overseas. Without the backing of gold and printing more money the money WE are piad currently is a fiat currency, This is equivilent to writing a bad check- an ILLEGAL OFFENSE (cough FEDERAL cough), with NOBODY holding the Government ACCOUNTABLE. As a law abilding citizen it’s my obligation to bring this is the AUTHORITY. What government is telling the public/employss alike is the problem being inflation when in reality the problem nid devulation. Greshams Law states that when bad money enters teh system good money goes into “hiding”. IN 1964 the United states took real silver and replaced them with fake silver couns which immediately put the silver coins in “hiding” (embezzelment?) I’ve addressed many issues relating to this concerns )grievances Numbered above”. I’ve brought this attention and concern to whats backing/backed the dollar are all the same materal matter(s) taht backed the transatlantic slave trade. I have yet to recievnce a response of my concern for the future of the FBOP’s employees ability to afford to work here maintaining millions od dangerius individuals. With this going unaddressed the posed threat to the safy and security of this institution and community remains at large, I would like a detalied response to the FBOP’s plam to address this issue(s).
*IGNORED*
However many of the employees are anxious for this response and anxious for the public to understand their fears of how to put food on the table. The fear of with closing camps and using the “solution” to close camps but relocate these lows and minium inmates is only adding the issue when they’re over crowding another facility to “fix” the overcrowding” of another facility. This issue is crazy considering the women around me are having me write their grievances of them being put in FRP refusal and them losing their FSA time which was created to DEPOPULATE THE FBOP. cought POBF. I cannot help these women when nobody wants to listen- nobody can because nobody cares these women are being forced to work for SLAVE WAGES THEN PUNISHED for doing so because their tax paying families and community DONT CARE! The payments are not even prorated off what they get paid but off what THEIR FAMILIES have been able to afford from THEIR PAY or SAVINGS/WORTH. Which isnt guarnteed.
I just want to give a shout out to my fiance for holding me down through this and helping me afford the small luxury’s that compensate for the lack of mental health care. Or dental care. Or medical care. That issue is such a big one ya’ll can just ask my mom NP Jennifer Scales how I had to save my roomates life due to her teleheath because the FBOP literally doesnt care if you die here.
This is all so traumatic I don’t want to talk about this when I leave. So what you read now just know I’ve seen things that need fixed yet nobody cares to and the women I stand count with are the strongest women I know. Please Pray for us. Pray for our families. Please pray for change.
If the regional director who bragged less about knowing Santo’s a billionare and cared then our real issues getting addressed then maybe I would have respect for him, yet you give respect you get respect and I sadly have none for that guy. These higher up’s don’t even care about their employees and it breaks my heart, most are actually very good people working here in FCI Waseca. If my spouse worked for the FBOP I would tell them to petition the government however they’re locked in a union and silenced so tonight I am their voice.
