Coincidently, I have been working on writing a book myself. It was inspired by the number of self-help books I’ve read during my incarceration. They all contain good messages but are usually bogged down by a lot of extra words. For someone like me, I’m just looking for the knowledge so I can begin to apply it. Change isn’t easy. It takes awareness and being in the moment. More than that, it takes practice. The fields of “self-help” is broad and covers a vast array of areas. So putting these things together, I am working on a “Self-Help Encyclopedia” that is geared toward delivering information on several topics, without all the extra verbiage that may water down the important stuff. It is a positive endeavor for me and keeps me learning as I go.
