- Painted a mural with one of the girls from my dorm from 2-8pm.
- Finished my bio for Prison Professors.
- Stayed in the dorm all day one day, completing my “Prison Resume,” to send to my Oregon family to forward to P.P.
- Had weekly meeting with classification and the other Senior Coordinators. -Spent at least an hour each day emailing my Oregon family my journal entries for P.P. It’s so much work back-tracking as far as my planner allows, which is January 2023. -8am Lifetime Fitness and Wellness course still on Wednesdays.
- Received an email from one of my closest friends! He is from Holland and used to give me a few drum lessons via zoom when I was at home. He’s still part of my support system and I value our friendship so much. He’s hoping my husband will go visit him in Holland, which would be amazing! I encourage my husband every chance I can to go have an adventure and explore somewhere new, as we did together when I was free. A couple years ago, he went to visit Canada for the first time, where our family friend lives. I hope he’ll take this opportunity to visit our Holland friend.
