This week commenced with an early start on Monday at 6 AM, setting a productive tone for the rest of the week. The team was deeply involved in multiple projects across various locations, demonstrating exceptional commitment and teamwork.
Monday, September 16th:
Our operations began with a focus on Maricopa, where the team undertook a small but crucial task of applying longline white thermo and a small amount of preformed thermo on Lake View Drive. This was a delicate job requiring precision, and the team—Sean, Anthony, Justin, and Zach—handled it with the utmost care. Justin’s meticulous attention to detail was particularly noteworthy; he ensured that every line was flawlessly applied, reflecting his consistent dedication to high-quality work.
In Marana, Khalil and Dillon tackled the handrail painting, progressing from Phase 1 to initiating Phase 2. This task involved detailed work to ensure the handrails met the highest safety and aesthetic standards.
Tuesday, September 17th:
The focus shifted to longline paint restriping on Dove Man and several other roads in Marana. Sean, Anthony, Justin, and Zach worked efficiently to complete this job. Justin’s contribution was again invaluable; his ability to consistently produce clean, accurate lines even under pressure significantly contributed to the project’s success.
The handrail painting continued in Marana, with Khalil and Dillon advancing through Phase 2. Their work was integral in maintaining the project’s momentum.
Wednesday, September 18th:
The day began early, with Sean and Khalil starting at 5 AM for the CAT Proving Grounds crosswalk project. This early start was crucial to ensure minimal disruption and optimal application conditions. Justin’s role expanded to the Speedy Garage Canopy project alongside Zach and Dillon. Thursday, September 19th:
