Schedule for this Week: This week presented some unexpected challenges as we faced a shortage of manpower due to recent departures within our crew. It’s always regrettable to lose dedicated team members, particularly someone like the hardworking individual who left us last week. Their absence reminds us of the value of reliable help in our line of work.
Monday, July 15, 2024: Today commenced with our usual early start at 6:00 AM, although we were without Ryan. Our primary objective was to complete the epoxy flooring in designated areas within the 4th Avenue Parking Garage, as well as tackle the small parking lot outside.
Safety Requirements: Ensuring safety remained paramount, as always. All personnel adhered strictly to safety protocols, including the mandatory use of hard hats, traffic vests, safety glasses, boots, and appropriate work attire.
Tuesday, July 16, 2024: Specific assignments for today were under deliberation, with projects including the Marana Longline Paint, U of A Roads Restripe, and Basis School Parking Restripe. Each task demands meticulous planning and execution to maintain our standards of excellence.
Wednesday, July 17, 2024: Anthony took a scheduled day off today, while our focus centered on the U of A Roads Restripe project. Attention to detail and adherence to project specifications were emphasized throughout the day.
Thursday, July 18, 2024: Both Anthony and Ryan were off duty today, leaving the team slightly understaffed. Despite this, our commitment to delivering quality work on the U of A Roads Restripe project remained unwavering.
Friday, July 19, 2024: We concluded the week at the Kortsen/Peart Intersection in Casa Grande, engaging in activities involving line grinding machines and long line paint truck operations. This marked the culmination of our efforts for the week, focusing on precision and efficiency in our tasks.
