Journal Entry -July 8, through July 12, 2024
Schedule Overview: This week’s schedule began promptly at 6 AM each day, centered around the renovation project at the 4th Avenue Parking Garage. Our primary focus has been the implementation of a new layout and striping throughout the garage floors, with strict adherence to safety protocols including the use of appropriate gear such as hard hats, traffic vests, safety glasses, boots, and pants.
Monday, July 8: Ryan was off duty today. Our team was fully engaged in initiating the layout and striping project at the 4th Avenue Parking Garage. Coordination and attention to detail were pivotal as we ensured a smooth start to the project within our designated timeline.
Tuesday, July 9: The entire team continued our work at the 4th Avenue Parking Garage, making significant progress in the layout and striping tasks. Emphasis on safety measures remained paramount as we maintained our diligent approach throughout the day.
Wednesday, July 10: Anthony had a scheduled day off. Despite this, our team maintained momentum at the 4th Avenue Parking Garage, focusing on achieving specific milestones in our project. Our goal was to uphold efficiency and deliver high-quality workmanship.
Thursday, July 11: Similar to Wednesday, Anthony was off duty today. The entire team reconvened at the garage, continuing to make progress and refine our efforts in layout and striping. We emphasized attention to detail and strict adherence to safety standards to ensure the success of our daily operations.
Friday, July 12: Today, Sean, Deke, and I completed thermal striping work at 4915 E Carmichael St, Coolidge, AZ 85128. Our tasks included several 4-way stops and safety bars along the main highway leading into the neighborhood. Despite the challenging heat of summer, we persevered and completed the job efficiently within our anticipated timeframe.
