This week offered a range of job sites across Arizona, requiring early starts, multi-site transitions, and tight coordination with teammates. From fleet striping to detailed RPM installations, each day presented new challenges and learning moments. Here’s a breakdown of the week:
Sunday, May 4 – Travel Day
Winslow, AZ – Love’s Truck Stop
Met with the team—Sean, Matt, Oso, and Dillion—for an 11:30 AM departure. This initial meetup laid the groundwork for the week’s logistics and worksite planning.
Monday, May 5
Marana, AZ – Bullnose Paint
Crew: Cole and Justin
Start Time: 7:00 AM
Kicked off the workweek with surface preparation and layout work in Marana. Efficient coordination with Cole helped streamline the day’s objectives.
Winslow, AZ – Love’s Truck Stop
Crew: Sean, Matt, Oso, Dillion
Start Time: 6:00 AM
Parallel operations continued in Winslow with the full team running a structured early shift.
Tuesday, May 6
Tucson, AZ – TEP “Fleet”
Scope: Stenciling and Striping
Crew: Cole and Justin
Start Time: 7:00 AM
Focused on high-detail fleet markings at the TEP facility. This project required precision and alignment with strict spec requirements.
Winslow, AZ – Love’s Truck Stop

Wednesday, May 7
Casa Grande, AZ – Casa Grande RV
Maricopa, AZ – Bowlin RPM’s

Two-site day. Began in Casa Grande, transitioned to RPM installs in Maricopa. Timing and equipment loading were critical to stay on schedule.
Winslow, AZ – Love’s Truck Stop

Team continued handling large-volume layout and markings.
Thursday, May 8
Marana, AZ – Bullnose Paint + RPM Installations
Crew: Gary, Cole, Justin

A full-scope site visit covering both paint and RPM applications. With Gary joining the crew, manpower and workflow improved significantly.
