I think that setting clear goals is the key to staying focused and on track. For me personally, as long as I have something written down in front me to achieve, then I’m gonna be on it. I really do believe the building the cathedral concept though, never thought or heard of it that way, but it does make sense. I am going to start implementing that into my daily self-talk.
