I’m sitting here at 730am in front of the building at my new job as Recovery Coach for a local addiction services organization. It’s very interesting how things are coming along. I feel very grateful to be able to do what brings me joy and fulfillment.
The privilege of helping others to empower themselves to get out of addiction is not something I take lightly.
I’ve been working as a recovery coach since 03/25 and 3 days in, I was offered another job, that includes higher pay, new environment and the opportunity to use my abilities to build relationships with other local providers.
Many new things have come to fruition l. I feel very blessed.
