I think today is the first day in a long time when I’ve genuinely loved my body. I’ve been working on myself physically for the past couple of months, and today I looked in the mirror and smiled. I love my progress and the mental motivation it has given me. It’s only the start of my physical fitness journey, and I can not wait for my outcome.
