Who would’ve thought I would volunteer to work on weekends? Not me. Even though the $16 paychecks is not my motivation, but creating my work ethic and rebuilding my character motivates me to offer myself in things I never thought I would. Let alone enjoy it, the skills and the people that are motivated for the same reasons are the best. Welding and heavy machine operating, here I come.
