Today i am focusing on the adversities i am facing with trying to get into RDAP. I am troubled because my FSA out date will give me 6 years off my sentence and as of right now they will only send you to RDAP when you are 5 years to door. Well in my case 6 comes before 5 so if they stick with that rule i will not get into RDAP in enough time to get the year off. I am thinking the best was for me to handle this is to start the administrative remedy process soon to get the ball rolling.
