I have been feeling a little sluggish so this morning I made a promise to myself that everyday no matter how I feel I am gonna go walk to track a mile in the morning and a mile in the evening. I have sighed up for step classes Mondays and Wed. so will get more cardio in then. I feel so much better when I get outside to exercise. It helps with my depression also. I got good news this morning I am on the change sheet I Know to have an orderly position in the unit. It is a small job but it is a step in the right direction. Baby step’s are better than no steps
