Today I woke at 6 am and went for my usual walk while it is still cool. I use this time to make a plan for the day and have quiet thoughts on what I am grateful for and how I will move forward. I was lucky and was able to get an hour of my favorite TV show Dr Jeff it is a veterinary show and I love to watch it as that was my field before I came to prison. I get to see all the latest types of surgery and learn about new drugs they are utilizing and it just gives me comfort to see the things I love to do. I have my sister send in books occasionally as I try to stay on top of my studies on my own as I plan to go back to the Veterinary field when I go home.
