Well, I appreciate all that you do for us. I am frustrated as the FSA days are still not being utilized. People are not getting to go home on home confinement with the days they have earned. It has been 5 years since the First Step Act was passed and they ARE STILL NOT FOLLOWING THE LAW. Inmates are frustrated why do the work when you don’t get the benefit. How come the BOP does not have to follow the law?
