Today’s newsletter inspired me to think about my dream of starting a non-profit when I am released that is an animal shelter/thrift shop that will help defray the cost of the shelter. I have always wanted to have some kind of non-profit anything to do with helping animals and people. At one point when I still had my horses I wanted to do an Equine Assisted Therapy Center for Autistic Children but I got caught up in selling drugs and landed here. BUT I realize that I still have an opportunity to give back to the community I took away from upon release. I will form a plan and reach for my dreams.
