This week is an exciting week here at Pekin. We are expecting the Region to be here. We have a town hall schedule where we are able to ask questions about FSA. I hope they have some meaningful answers and not the same ole bull crap we have been getting. They need to utilize the Federal Ankle Monitoring system to unburden the halfway houses. The FSA plan was simple but yet somehow BOP has managed to make it a mess. Thousands of people are still locked up and unable to utilize the FSA days because they cannot get halfway house placement. I thought the whole plan was to not use halfway houses but use home confinement. How hard should this be !!!
