Why should a potential employer hire me over someone else? Wow, that is a good question. I could start by saying due to my incarceration I understand how important it is to be a hard worker. How we will work harder to prove ourselves due to going through the adversity of incarceration. I would state how I am dependable and realize how important our actions day to day are.
