Journal Entry

Good Morning. For me, I work as a mental health companion and one of the things we do is a weekly wellness plan, so I always plan ahead my week and write out my challenges and my successes and my progress towards my goals whether weekly or monthly. I work out 4 days a week at 730 am Mon., Tues., Thurs., Fri. We hold a weekly meditation in psychology on Wednesdays at 930. I go to bible study on Thursday nights and church on Sunday. I work as a full-time companion during the day and 4 nights out of the week I work suicide watch. I stay pretty busy active on the compound and a very set schedule. I say it helps when doing my time to stay proactive and maintain sobriety during these circumstances. I refuse to let my time do me.
