I’m still in Victorville hold over, I’ve been here going on a week as of now. i am only able to come out of my cell for 2 hours a day but i found a book on the cart called the little book of stoicism and so far the author is teaching that no matter what we should never worry about the things we cant control because what we can control is the outcome. so since reading this I’ve just a been smiling n not letting anything get me down. no comfortable with the other men here it seems they are always trying to figure out the next move in a negative way. control what i can control that means i walk for my two hours around the unit and pray and think of ways to better myself. thank you for this platform where I can vent.
