Woke up at 6am but didn’t go to eat. Today is commissary day. I need to get sweatpants and shower shoes bad. I am the 4th group for commissary which is last today. Went down to commissary and was 3rd to last to get called but oh well nothing but time on my hands. I got most of everything except the shower shoes. Came back to my room to put everything away and then it was time for lunch. Lunch today was burger and fries. Checked emails after and had one from Kara, Krosby, Kallen and dad. Went down to talk to my case manager Chamberlin, he informed me he has not received my paperwork yet to do my team meeting and I also wanted to know why I was not at a camp. I then went up to Darrick dorm and we ended up lifting a jug of water as weights, we did shoulders and curls. After that went down to my room to read until 4pm count. Dinner was at 5pm we had biscuits and gravy and grits. Came back and got ready to go the gym. I rode stationery bike for 45 minutes until 7. After gym I called home, talked to the boys and then Kara. Back up in room writing in journal and going to read until bible study. Finished up bible study and walked the compound for a few minutes untilt the 10pm count then went to bed.
