I would advise to effectively advocate to systems reforming is to make the federal judges aware of the every day conditions of the prisons they are sending people into and also allowing the adults in custody to speak out about the conditions and the slow moving process that happen inside the walls of the prisons. Also to shed light on the dehumanizing ways we are handled in these places. Until people are aware change can not happen.
