I can write down aspirations everyday and leave them around the unit or tell them a little about me so they know they are not alone my message would be to let them know you dont have to be with the in a crowd or anyone who does not want the best for you like trying to be sober if your friends can’t support that they aren’t your real friends and it’s ok to be alone to get to know who you are and what you’re capable of doing and becoming and when I get out I want to speak at meetings to share my story like Mr. Santos and all the people I used to hear at meetings.
