Waking up early and not letting any negative thoughts creep into my head. Sticking to a routine that not only exercise’s my physical body but also exercise’s my mind. Staying positive no matter what situation rise’s around me. At my current stage in life this is my the definition of success. Waking up with a prayer and positive self talk can help me keep doubts about my future from ruining my day. Avoiding television and using my spare time to read exercise’s my mind. Repeating these steps daily until I there is more that I can do will help me remain sharp.
