I learned something while I was watching a podcast. To have effective communication I must think about these three things, I said what I wanted to say, I did say it, and I said what I should have said. If these three are together then I was effective. I thought about this and it makes sense because there have been times when I have said to myself why didn’t I say this or I should have said that. Learning is a beautiful thing.
