it’s a new year and I’m already busy. In my new semester in college, I’m taking political science. It’s pretty interesting to me. I will try to be more productive this year. I know that I have no control over my surroundings, but I do have control over myself. I started a meditation class last night. I was impressed by the chaplain who teaches the class. He seems genuine, which is not too common in prison staff or inmates. He said 6 minutes a day of controlled breathing can reduce stress by 75 to 80 percent. That’s all for this entry.
