Thursday, March 14th
Today was pretty quiet. A little wet out, but I still got my steps in. I had some pain in my shoulder so I changed my push-up stance and used my biceps more…they’re feeling it! Advil was my savior.
The Thursday chicken was not quite as good as last week’s, but still good. The sides are what really were the letdown – very bland salad and Italian pasta.
Reading, cards, ping pong, and naps rounded out the day.
