Up and about early today and I am feeling good about this week. I've completed my normal routines such as yoga/meditation and some religious studies. I was even able to crow into headstand if only briefly. I could not get it last time I tried. Today my goals include some more of this College Comp I believe I am down to the very end of it thank the Gods. Its been rough but little by little I've moved forward. I'm thinking about starting a course on psychology next. I've a bit more interest in it so it won't be so tedious. I will do my 1000 rep workout this afternoon and I am looking for a new non-fiction book to start. The Rational Recovery book was a flop as I've no time for things that take advantage of people's weaknesses. There is a book on the art of selling I'm thinking about looking into. Other than these I've got a craft project to work on and talk to my wife again tonight. All things considered things are going well for me one day at a time.
