So far so good today although I failed on the early rise but I am feeling whole again with the extra rest. The yoga was good and my meditation was good. Unfortunately I was interrupted with my religious works but that's alright. tomorrow is another day. I will be up at breakfast for the day. A new week brings some new goals in dieting and exercise. I've put on some lets say extra weight so I've got to restructure my eating habits so that it doesn't become a problem. I am also going back to my 1000 rep workout this week + abs daily. I am going to adjust my schedule to promote these activities and hopefully these changes will help me snap out of the funk I've felt this last month. I feel as though I've kind of lost sight and focus of my main objective, whish are to learn, grow, and move in a positive direction despite my circumstance. Proactivity is the theme going forward this week.
