I am up and about early today (6 am) and so far so good. I am yogaed, meditated, religioned ready for the challenges of today. I am feeling confident and positive. I feel I am making progress on several fronts and am excited about moving in a positive direction. My family and wife all seem to be doing well. Today’s goals are doing more of this college composition, I am going to organize some things and get some property ready to go out for my wife to pick up, I’ve got to finish this craft project for a guy, and it is workout day for this afternoon. Despite being locked up I think life is moving in the right direction and I get stronger every single day.
