I believe one of the issues that need to be addressed is training the judges that give non violent, non offenders who have been charged with a non violent crime-house arrest, or teather. I have been incarcerated for a false statement. my worse crime has been one driving ticket. Ihave a bacherlors degree in human services and recieved 2 years and 24 months probation. Now i have to deal with a case manager messing with my life. This is not fair.
