Characteristics from a leader for me have been, no excuses we all have bad days, basically keep striving and keep going, nothing great comes easy. You work with the cards your dealt and it’s up to you how you stragatise after that. I’ve also learned that connections and relationships are exceptional. You can learn from who you surround yourself with and you can also open opportunities.
